Rochelle McKay-Masterton, founder of the She Oak Natural Fertility Clinic in Maleny, Australia, discusses the influential effect magnesium has had on her patients during both their pregnancies and the following years with their new infant. Her work at the clinic has brought her a variety of experiences where the simple application of magnesium provided unimaginable relief to the stresses of pregnancy.

Rochelle McKay-Masterton:

The signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency are cramps, muscular fatigue, fatigue, poor detoxification capacities resulting in many problems including a lot of skin problems as well.

Cramping? Use Magnesium

I have had  any great responses with my clients, especially new mothers with their cramps.

One particular new mother six months into her pregnancy got cramps in both knees, stood up, and couldn’t move, yelled out to her husband to get the spray,  and it worked instantly. So, just fantastic results.

I’ve had a client that had sore back muscles for over 10 years, and he had relief after about a day.

Bringing Calm to Mother and Child

Ancient Minerals has helped many of my new mothers, especially the bath flakes.  Just by putting bath flakes in the little one’s bath, has helped bring a sense of calmness to the baby, and we all know how important that is.

If ever there was a panacea, this would be one.

It’s fantastic for bringing calmness to the baby and, of course, to us all.

The Benefits of Magnesium Applied to the Skin

Magnesium has been benefited both of us, and I’ve been taking magnesium for about 15 years.

And I would say that this is the best uptake I’ve had of magnesium. And I feel that I’ve been doing it every day.

I feel that it will benefit my birth and make it very relaxed and calm.
